Project

The project divides the floor plan into nine equal modules, of which two are used for each dwelling. The central module houses the vertical communication shaft.

The swastika layout is built of walls of bare concrete that shift on each floor to generate a very expressive structure.

The layout of the stairs is different on each level to produce a sculptural overlapping effect highlighted by the overhead skylight.
