URBAN PLANNING PROJECT, CERDANYOLA DEL VALLÈS

Project

Design proposal for a new mixed-use development in Cerdanyola del Vallès. The project aims to transform the character of the Riera dels Gorgs city access together with its steet front in between San Ramón and Torre streets. The north sector contains the RESER group's development, composed by a service station, office buildings, apartment blocks overlooking the stream, a shopping area and underground parking area. In addition, the scheme includes an elevated public square linking the different uses. The south sector also responds to a mixed use brief designed to spur the area´s regeneration. In between this two sectors, a residential development facing the Riera els Gorgs unifies the intervention, delimits the new green areas and provides a street front to the new pedestrian route following the stream.
